After a long and involved process (two calls and an in-person interview), I was promised feedback within a few days. Despite a polite follow-up, the company went completely silent. I find it unprofessional to invest a candidate's time in three meetings only to end with total radio silence. Terrible seriousness.

This was the best interview process I've had, even for a big company. They seemed genuinely interested in me and I felt like I could make mistakes without worry. The process was clear and easy to follow, no pointless waiting. The interviewers were nice but professional, and asked questions that felt like they wanted to see if I'd fit in, not trick me. I'd totally suggest applying here if you're interested in a role because the process makes you feel confident and supported.

Had two face-to-face interview rounds. Questions felt random and made up as they went along, not much context. Some management questions seemed to hint at internal issues with big egos or people not agreeing on strategy. Not sure if this is a good place to work. They are really strict about working in the office, even though there are laws saying they have to offer hybrid from the start.

I applied through LinkedIn for the Recruiter role at Crown Holdings and was contacted by the Recruitment and Succession Planning Support Manager for an initial screening. She scheduled the first meeting for the next day but then rescheduled it for later that same day. She then emailed again to reschedule for an earlier time on the same day. I waited for her to contact me at the new time, but she didn't. I emailed to check if the call was still on, and she replied it was in the evening, which was incorrect as it was scheduled for 3:30 pm. She claimed it wasn't in her calendar. I waited for the 5 pm call, and she called at 5:15 pm, sounding rushed and in a hurry to leave, and disconnected the call. I called her back, and she apologized for a bad connection, which seemed untrue. She then asked me to introduce myself. When I started talking about my experience and background, she interrupted me, stating she wasn't interested, even though she had just asked me to do so. She then asked what I knew about the company and the role, but she kept cutting me off and seemed uninterested in my responses. The call ended in 15 minutes, and she said she'd get back to me in a week, but never did. This experience was disappointing due to the unprofessionalism, which made me reconsider applying to this company again.
