First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crown Holdings, Inc..
Intern
This was the best interview process I've had, even for a big company. They seemed genuinely interested in me and I felt like I could make mistakes without worry. The process was clear and easy to follow, no pointless waiting. The interviewers were nice but professional, and asked questions that felt like they wanted to see if I'd fit in, not trick me. I'd totally suggest applying here if you're interested in a role because the process makes you feel confident and supported.
- Could you share some situational questions related to the role?
- What information do you have about our company?
Intern
It was a pretty quick and easy process. The onboarding was straightforward too. The people seemed nice at first, but you might realize how the company is doing once you get to know them better.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
Intern
I applied online and then got an email for an interview. It was with two people at the plant. It was really casual. They didn't ask anything too difficult, mostly about if I'd worked on a team before and what I knew or wanted to know about the company. After we talked, I got to see the plant, which was cool, but I had to borrow shoes and glasses since business attire isn't really plant-appropriate.
- Can you share your experiences working in a team?
- What is your availability?
- Are you open to learning new software?
