First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crown Holdings, Inc..
Maintenance Engineer
The process was unprofessional, with two separate interviews at two different locations. One was with HR, and the other was with an engineer and HR. The questions were not clear, and it seemed like they might have already hired someone before the interview. There was no reply after the interviews.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your general background and some technical aspects?
- Can you talk about yourself and some other general staff?
- Can you talk about yourself and some technical?
Engineer
The process started with a resume screening, online tests, and a video submission. The interview itself was conducted online and consisted of two stages with different interviewers. It was a very quick, dynamic, and direct process, without any unnecessary delays. The interviewers were receptive and discussed both the challenges and attractive aspects of working at the company. I received feedback within two weeks.
- It was a chat to test knowledge in the area and show the personal side.
Engineer
It was a phone interview with typical recruitment questions, nothing really different from other companies. They definitely oversold the company and the job, promising many things that didn't end up being true.
- Can you describe your work experience and qualifications?
- Are you open to shifting your work experience availability?
