The interview was relaxed, a great conversation, very fluid. The role requires English, but they didn't ask me to speak it during the interview. It was a simple technical interview. They are looking more for a personality fit, as they will teach the technical aspects.

I applied online. A few weeks later, I had a phone screen. Then I met with the hiring manager and HR. It was mostly Q&A with some behavioral questions. It felt pretty informal and open, like a conversation where we exchanged ideas and talked about challenges, and there were team-building activities.

The whole thing was online, starting at 9am and finishing around 4pm. It included an individual presentation, two 30-minute interviews at the start, and also a group assessment. They were really nice, and I ended up getting an offer just 3 days later.

This was a total waste of time. The hiring manager proceeded with a one-day test and an interview even though they clearly thought I wasn't a good fit from the start. Their main focus was on my current and past salaries, showing no interest in my qualifications. They even interrupted the interview to take a personal call about an Amazon delivery, and upon returning, asked me to repeat myself. The only feedback they offered was about my salary, questioning why I was paid so much, to which I responded that it was the average market rate. I will never apply to this company again.
