We started with a very brief presentation in a more dynamic format, in English, where we introduced each other. Then, there was a fun activity, and we had to answer some questions on paper. There wasn't a personal interview at the end, just what was described. They end up dismissing candidates without getting to know them or talking to them, which I found a bit strange. Overall, it was a nice experience, with positive points for the very friendly managers. However, the process is a bit confusing regarding the stages.

So after sending in my CV and cover letter, I had an online assessment that included verbal and numerical tests. Then there was an online interview where they asked general questions like what do you know about us and the job, plus competency based questions. And that was the whole process.

The group dynamic involved three parts. First, we were asked to pair up, chat with each other, and then introduce our partner to the group. Second, we formed small groups to solve a problem related to the work area and present our solution to the class. Finally, there was a written test on knowledge of the area.
