First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crimson Interactive.
Academic Editor
The interview process felt professional and gave a good overview of the role and the company. The way the information was laid out was clear and helpful, giving me enough details about the job I applied for and other related positions. I had plenty of chances to ask questions, and there were good pointers on who to contact for help with the role.
- Were you asked if you would be open to other roles in the future?
Product Manager
I went for a senior product manager job that was supposed to have 4 rounds. I talked to the Team lead and got an assignment. After I sent it in, HR and the hiring manager went silent. No one let me know if I got rejected or if I was moving on. It felt really unprofessional and the work ethics were bad. I don't want to work there.
- Can you discuss your past work experiences?
- Please complete the assignment provided.
Python Developer
the interviews had 2 rounds which were in person. the first round was mainly about my background and included a case study question like estimating the number of Starbucks in Mumbai. The second interview focused on some tricky python questions and logical questions similar to those found in aptitude tests, such as pattern recognition and probability.
- Basic Python Questions
- Logical/reasoning questions
Editor
The hiring process starts with the initial application, then you do some skills assessments. These include a grammar test and a sample editing assignment. The evaluation can take some time, but it’s necessary to evaluate if the editors meet the company’s quality standards. Ragini was always friendly and helpful, communication was smooth. In summary, the process is thorough but fair, and it gives a good understanding of the expectations before starting.
- Tell me about your editing experience.
