It was a walk-in interview, I think, done through Hp consultancy. The process included an English grammar test with basic, intermediate, and difficult levels. The staff was polite. The test was in a conference room and there was no monitoring. The work environment seemed good. Note: they judge you based on your written test first and then further if you pass their criteria. Be prepared and go.

The interview process had 2 rounds. The first was a detailed one-on-one where they asked about my academic and work history, why I want the job, basic geography like country capitals, basic math orally, basic IT skills, and knowledge of the company and its brands. The second round was a written test, including an objective Ms Excel test, a case study about scenarios, and some more objective skills tests. After the interview, I realized it wasn't that difficult. Just be confident, believe in yourself and your skills, and importantly, always be prepared.

Behavioral

Office environment is nice but the interview process was uncoordinated. We waited for almost 3.5 hours for the PI. There was a lack of waiting space within the office and improper service. Needs improvement in these areas.
