Behavioral Technical

The hiring process starts with a personality test to check character traits, behavioral skills, and if the candidate fits the company values. After that, you need to make a motivation video. This is your chance to show your background, skills, and how well you can speak clearly and with confidence. If you pass, you'll have an interview to talk more, check your technical and people skills, and confirm your motivation. Lastly, there's a three-month trial period. This helps you get used to the team and lets the company make sure you're a good fit for the job.

Behavioral Technical

Crédit Agricole had a structured recruitment process, with clear communication and relevant tests. The interview was friendly. Sometimes the deadlines were long, and expectations were high, but there were interesting opportunities in a positive environment that values diversity. The follow-up was useful, showing reactivity and high standards.

Behavioral

I had an interview with two people from the HR department. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback, positive or negative, despite the time and money spent (transportation, preparation, etc.). For an HR team, it's the least they can do to respect candidates and give minimal consideration. This raises questions about how the company handles its recruitment processes and, more broadly, its employees.

Coding Behavioral Technical Other

I had several phone calls with HR, followed by an online test covering logic, English, and a short video with Q&A. Then, I was scheduled for a supposed technical interview where I was asked to study certain regulations. However, the meeting wasn't technical at all; for about an hour, I was asked only personal questions, along with queries about world events and general knowledge, delivered in a rather arrogant and presumptuous tone. I was told there would be a real technical interview later, but it wasn't clear what type of contract the company intended to offer. After a week, they informed me they had chosen other candidates.
