The process didn't even happen. I was offered an online meeting for an interview, and on the same day, after waiting online for 10 long minutes, I called the recruiter who had completely forgotten about our interview. Worse, he didn't even apologize, and said that he probably made a mistake sending the Teams link, but that he 'believed' me when I said we had an appointment this morning. His tone was nonchalant, indifferent, and impolite. Avoid this company. It says a lot about the company and the management style; no need to count on a real manager, available for his teams, when the time comes. Disappointing and outrageous from a large company.

Got an email end of August saying a spot opened up on the m&a team due to a withdrawal. The internship was supposed to start in September so I had the interview super quickly after, and then got the offer the very next day.
