Technical Behavioral

I applied through a recruiter and got an interview pretty fast, within a week. The job was listed as a standard project management gig, not technical or QA focused. I had a hunch it might be a mismatch because the hiring manager was a technical lead, and another person interviewing me was a Senior Director. When I joined the call, the technical lead, who I recognized from LinkedIn, immediately asked me to walk through my resume. There was no small talk or intro. She seemed annoyed and even rolled her eyes when I was talking about my experience, which wasn't exactly encouraging.

Behavioral Technical

I did a first virtual interview with HireVue. Then, after a few weeks, they invited me for a 1-hour inperson interview. The structure was impressive, and it seems like a fast-paced environment. The interview included a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They expect specific answers, with detailed examples from my previous work. They asked me to use this format for my answers: Situation: What was happening? Hindrance: What were the challenges? Action: What did you do? Result: What was the outcome? Evaluation: What did you learn?

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you encountered an ethical conflict?
