The interview process was professional and on time. There were some standard questions, but this is where you can show your strengths. If you are serious about safety, can work any hours in any conditions, and have the experience to back it up, the interview is pretty straightforward.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a screening call a few days later. We scheduled a Microsoft Teams interview for the next week. It was basic scripted questions. One interviewer was very uninterested in the interview as they were working during the interview. They said I would have a decision made by end of week. I didn't hear anything so I emailed for an update and then noticed a change in the status of my application as "No longer under consideration." Still no email. If I wouldn't have checked I still wouldn't know I got rejected. Very unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and about two weeks later, got an email for an interview. They sent practice questions using the STAR/SHARE method. There were 17 openings and 50 applicants. Before the interviews, there was a 90-minute presentation about the company and job details. The interview itself was very short, under ten minutes, with one conductor and an HR person. It was quick and easy, with just one behavioral question.
