First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CPAM.
Administrative Agent
We started with an email asking for application videos, which included six questions: introduce yourself, what you understood about the job, why CPAM, and a positive experience. Then there was a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting with a written test.
- Could you share your most positive professional experience?
- What is your understanding of the role's responsibilities?
- What motivates your interest in joining CPAM?
Chef de projet marketing
First, a recruiter call with basic, uninspired questions. Then, a personality and spelling test. Finally, a panel interview with operational staff and an HR rep. Everyone seemed unhappy, and the questions were repetitive. I got a generic response a week later. I had to chase them for a 2-minute feedback a month after that.
- How do you handle conflicts?
Chargée de RSE
First, they did a CV/cover letter review. Then, there was a written questionnaire (about 5 main questions, about 1 page expected) to be sent back by email. Finally, there was an individual interview at the office with the head of department and the CSR manager to decide between the last candidates.
- What were your difficulties in your previous role?
- How would you react to a manager who is not very sensitive or even closed off to CSR issues?
- What would be the first action to take?
Technical Referent
Super quick process, started with one phone call and then met with 3 managers. It was great how fast it went. The interviews were in person, but they could do them remotely if needed. The only downside was not much flexibility with interview times, they had one morning for all the interviews.
- Can you present your background?
- What are your thoughts on our missions?
- Why are you interested in us?
