I had a phone call and then an in-person interview. There was a psychometric test and then a response by phone. It was a bit stressful but doable. The HR person was nice and explained everything. The job seems interesting, I'm eager to start.

I applied internally for a permanent contract after being hired quickly by phone for a fixed-term contract. I passed the written test, but failed the in-person interview. I asked for a meeting about this failed part and didn't get a response, except an email saying my written tests and manager reviews from my fixed-term contract were satisfactory, which was the opposite of what happened. I think the recruitment is based on the client's preference and the interviewer. What a shame!

The interview process started with a written test of 58 questions, some of which were multiple-choice. Then came a logic test on a PC using Excel files, and an attitudinal test using Word files. The questions focused on batch language, PowerShell, and VMware. There were 16 candidates, including several internal ones already working at CPAM, who had already completed half of the logic and calculation tests without supervision. The first part exam was approximate, with all 16 copies being inaccurate, and half the pages were extra.
