I had a meeting with an HR person. The interview was a discussion. She asked me about my work experience, getting along with my former colleagues and managers. The discussion was pleasant and courteous.

I responded to an ad on the Assurance Maladie website by sending a CV and cover letter. I was invited for an interview a few days later at the CPAM. It started with a test for about 50 minutes: basic accounting questions on paper (recording a purchase invoice, recording a fixed asset acquisition, defining the balance sheet and income statement, etc.); Excel work on a computer (graphs). Then, I had an interview with two people (one from HR and one from accounting) for about 35-40 minutes with various questions. At the end, there was a short role-play: simulating a call to someone who hadn't repaid an overpayment despite a reminder letter. I got a quick response (two days later). I was eventually invited for another interview for a longer contract, which I passed.
