Intern
I had one interview with the VP of HR. She was very personable and contributed after each question, which made it feel more like a conversation. The questions covered behavioral, personal, and client handling scenarios.

Senior Leadership Role
I got an email not long after applying, which was pretty cool. The interviews went great, I felt ready and totally at ease, and they gave me some really good feedback. After that, I was sent some timed tests that checked my emotional intelligence and other things. But then, nothing. I didn't hear back at all, and even when I followed up myself, they ghosted me. It's just not professional. This place talks a big game about being a top workplace, but if they can't even treat candidates with basic respect, how can they treat their own people well? It's fine if they decided not to move forward, but a quick email saying so takes barely any effort.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself and your background?
- What projects or clients are you currently involved with?
- Can you describe the kind of role you are seeking?
Account Coordinator
HR told me the interview would be 30-60 mins and include a press release test and a grammar test. When I got there, HR was unorganized, and every room she tried to take me to was occupied, so we ended up in her office. I met and interviewed with two higher-ups, then HR took me to another room for the grammar test. By this time, over an hour had passed since the interviews. She said she'd get me in 30 mins. I asked about the press release test, and she said she'd email it later, which I thought was weird. I said if I'm only taking the 2-page multiple-choice grammar test, I'd only need 15 mins. She agreed and said she'd be back in 15. I finished the test in ten and then waited OVER AN HOUR. I wanted to find her sooner, but the office was big, I'd been moved, and I wasn't sure if she was in a meeting or if I could find the room. Two and a half hours had passed since I arrived, and I was late for my job. I went to find her office and found her hanging out with a coworker. She saw me and said, 'OMG I FORGOT ABOUT YOU I'M SORRY.' She then nearly rushed me out. I had to remind her about my grammar test and ask again about the press release test, and she said she'd email it that day. THREE days later, I emailed her for the test, NO RESPONSE. I had to email someone else in the company to get her to send it so I could finish the first round. Very unprofessional. Worst interview experience ever. This company needs to fix its HR department.

Account Supervisor
After applying, I was contacted and had two interviews with HR and a recruiter. Then, I received an assignment with timed logic and reasoning questions, similar to LSAT questions, and an emotional intelligence exam. After completing the timed assignment, I spoke with two colleagues. The conversations were positive. I was told about next steps but was ghosted without any communication, which was surprising given the agency's reputation. I'm no longer interested in a company that treats potential employees this way. I hope this experience was an anomaly.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength?
