I applied through email and got a response within two weeks to set up an in-person interview. I had some back and forth emails with an employee about scheduling, but the Santa Monica office was small so everyone was involved in hiring, which was pretty cool. They got back to me in just two days after the interview with an offer. The whole thing was smooth and quick, which made me feel good, so I accepted the offer right away and started a few weeks later.

I reached out via email and was quickly able to set up an interview with HR. The interview was brief. After passing that, I was given a few assessments about my personality and emotional intelligence. I heard back pretty quickly after finishing those to know if I got the job.
