To start, there's a quick call to see if you're keen, understand the gig, and if you vibe with the team. Then, you'll have a longer chat, maybe online or in person, about managing projects, your packaging know-how, and how you work with creative folks. Be ready to show off some past work or figure out a problem about packaging schedules or dealing with feedback. Usually, the last bit is meeting more of the crew, like designers or project leads, to check out how you team up. It's all pretty chill, chatty, and about digging into what makes you tick, just like Innocent.

The interview was pretty straightforward with a chatbot from Sapia AI, but the whole application website was a pain to use because it kept glitching. My account settings wouldn't save, so I had to re-enter all my personal info and start over multiple times. Also, getting to the recruitment site was a hassle, you had to go through the whole Costa careers page and click through tons of links to get to the right Dayforce page, which took forever. Then I got an AI-generated personality report by email, which was a bit weird.

Had a 3 stage interview process. First was with talent team, they were great ambassadors. Second stage was with a senior manager and another member of the supply planning team, this was the longest and most comprehensive. Third stage was with another senior manager for team fit. Second stage was the longest and most comprehensive, asked to give quite a number of examples. Important to have a good understanding of costa values and ethos to get through this stage. Through each interview the people were engaging, kind, interesting to talk to and asked valuable questions. 10/10 interview experience

The interview process was very positive and polite. They asked clear and direct structured questions, included behavioral and technical assessments, and evaluated cultural fit. There were multiple interview rounds and they collected feedback. I truly enjoyed the interview and learned a lot about the company and the team.
