I had to do a SWOT analysis, and then we basically just chatted about the job and the company. The area manager mentioned there was an internal person applying, so I wasn't too upset when I didn't get it.

The interview process was incredibly drawn out and unprofessional. I had to wait five weeks for an in-store interview, and the promised two-day response after that took two weeks. Then, it took another two weeks to sort out my previous on-the-job experience. I was again told I'd get feedback within four days, but it actually took three and a half weeks. In total, I was waiting for three months. This company is a complete joke and you can't believe anything they say.
