I applied on the website and on day 2, I got an email for an introduction. It was canceled last minute, but we rescheduled. The intro call went well and lasted the full 30 minutes. I was told the next step would be an interview with the hiring manager by the next day because they were quick, and then a third interview with a manager and team member after that. The day after my introduction call, I got an email saying they decided to go with other candidates, so I didn't get the promised interview.

The interview process was pretty smooth. After the initial recruiter call, which felt professional and relaxed, I felt comfortable being myself. They were really flexible with my schedule and worked around it. Then I had two more interviews: one with the VP of Claims and another with the Chief Claims Officer. They were all very approachable and professional, and I enjoyed talking to everyone. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, including a background check.

Started with a quick call with a recruiter that felt like more of a check to see if I was still interested and a good fit. They said things would move fast, and they did, with four interviews in the next week. All of them were pretty chill, with just a couple of slightly random but still conversational questions. After that, I had a bunch of one-on-one chats with people from engineering, ML, data science, and product. These were super casual. I got the most useful info from the technical folks. The product team wasn't super clear about their day-to-day or how they handle priorities and manage tasks.

First, a phone screen to check if your interest in the job is a good match for what the role actually entails. Then, a technical interview with two engineers. The questions are pretty straightforward, aiming to make you comfortable and see your thought process. It's less about trick questions and more about how you work independently and communicate. After that, there's a team interview with a Product Manager and a Product Designer. Finally, you'll have an interview with a VP and a manager, covering some technical questions as well as behavioral and fit aspects.
