There are about 3 rounds. First is a normal background check to assess your communication skills. Then, the HR will talk to you about why you want to join Convergys, what package you are looking for, and where you have studied. After that, the main round with the Operations Manager takes place. This is the main round where they will mainly ask you to sell me a coke bottle or sell me a phone without a camera if you are going for the banking profile. If you clear this round, you are most probably in.

They assessed communication skills, participated in a group discussion, a written test, accent evaluation, and a personal interview. They also checked if I was okay with UK shift timings. It was an average assessment. Be ready to understand an American accent. You might want to listen to audio tapes or watch videos (with sound only) to interpret and answer questions more easily.

First, I had a written technical test with 25 questions covering networking, Windows AD, Exchange servers, DNS, DHCP, and my previous work. Then, there was a communication test, followed by a technical interview and a global English test. My written test and interview went well; they asked me simple, basic questions.
