We had a group discussion first to see who had good communication skills. Then there was a personal interview. The whole process was finished in under a week and they wanted someone to start right away. It's like an internship that could lead to a full-time offer. The main things they're looking for are strong communication and people skills.

The interview was online with about 3-4 rounds. The first round was a coding challenge. Then there was an AI screening and communication test, followed by a technical interview. This was repeated for a second technical interview. The final round was an HR interview.

Coding Technical Technical Technical

This was a totally fraudulent interview experience. It was part of my campus interview 2025. I was shortlisted along with 117 other candidates. The first round was an easy coding round, which saw 75 candidates shortlisted. The second round was an AI round, also easy, with 43 candidates making it through. The third round was a panel interview with a developer named Gourav Phatak, where I was interviewed with 5 other candidates. He was very overconfident and didn't ask me any Salesforce-specific questions or basic interview questions. Instead, he asked about virtual functions and abstraction. When I answered, he seemed to forget the question, possibly because he was a new developer based on his LinkedIn profile and just wanted to appear tough. I was not selected. What disturbed me most was that the selected students were from either panel 1 or the last panel (only 2 students) and most of them were girls. In the fourth round, 8 students were left and they chose only 1. It felt like they were looking for the next 'Miss India'. In conclusion, it was 5 rounds of wasted time, or perhaps an attempt to get selected as cheap labor for the company at ₹20,000 per month for 6 months, after which they vanish. My advice is not to chase these third-rate companies like your life depends on it. I am currently an Accenture Developer.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The interview process started with an aptitude test that had easy and medium questions. Next, there was a coding round with two medium questions related to Arrays and Strings. Interestingly, there was no compiler available. After writing the code, I was given a test case to iterate through and had to explain my code within 5 minutes in the provided space. The final round was a technical interview where they didn't ask me DSA questions as mentioned on my resume, surprisingly. Instead, they asked a few questions on core fundamentals and discussed my previous projects briefly. This interview was less than 20 minutes, and they ended it quickly, making me feel they weren't interested. They only selected 2 students from a batch of 70 in the first technical round. After the second round, no students were selected from the Indore and Ujjain campuses combined.
