The interview process was in two parts: a Group Discussion (GD) and then a Personal Interview. In the GD, we all chatted about some topics, to see how we worked together and talked. It was to check teamwork, leadership, and how well we could explain things. After that, it was the Personal Interview where they asked me stuff about my background, skills, and what I've done. This was to see if I'd be a good fit. Together, the GD and PI gave them a good look at both how I work with others and what I can do on my own.

Group

The interview process included a group discussion round where I felt I performed very well, better than the other candidates. However, despite our performance, no one was selected. One interviewer claimed I didn't offer enough points on the topic, even though they weren't logged in for most of my contribution and only joined at the end. They provide feedback that isn't relevant, and it seems they don't seriously consider what we say.

It all happened in 1 day and the final result was also announced that very day. First, there was a presentation by the company briefing about the job and the company. Then, 1. group discussion - they were not giving much preference to communication skills but on content and ethics. 2. group interview: same as GD. 3. personal interview: easy questions, just needed to be truthful there, don't lie. The background check was also conducted.
