First there was a recruiter call that was pretty straight forward. They basically reviewed my qualifications and told me about the role. Then there was an Excel skills test that I had to record myself doing. This part was more difficult so make sure you brush up on your spreadsheet skills.

I interviewed with Alan and it was great to talk to him! He was very informative about what the job role expects and also provided information on the company in general. I am applying to the sales position and there were a lot of similarities in this role and my current job. He also sent their company website to check out.

First you do a quick HR call, then a manager interview, which can be in person or over the phone. After that, they might send an offer via email or phone. Lastly, there are background checks to complete. Once all that's done, they'll tell you your start date and what to expect on your first day.

Concervice was super quick responding after I applied on the website. A few days later, we chatted on the phone, and after some assessments, we set up a Zoom interview. Everyone was really nice, and I found out I got the job the same day! The assessments were the most stressful part. They're timed. I had 5 timed questions and still got hired, so don't stress too much. Just be sure you're good with basic Excel and know how to get around Excel on Windows. They test your typing too. Read all the instructions carefully and use the sample questions.

  • Tell me about a time you gave something your all but it didn't work out.
  • Describe two instances where you assisted colleagues in a professional environment.
  • Can you demonstrate your ability to manage your time and stay focused on tasks?
