After an initial online and phone screening, the interviewers took time to get to know me better, which I appreciated. They were positive and genuine throughout. Multiple interviewers collaborated, sharing impressions to make a well-rounded hiring decision, instead of relying on just one person's view. The atmosphere was casual yet professional, making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Although I wasn't hired for the original role, they offered me a BETTER position they believed was a better fit, with a higher salary. They strategically placed me where I could benefit myself and the company most, rather than just in the role I initially sought. They truly personalized my hiring experience, ensuring I was placed in a role that would maximize my learning and growth.

I had an initial recruiter call and then spoke with the hiring manager. Both chats were good, discussing my background and the role. Then, three weeks of silence. I followed up and was told I'd move to a panel interview. After the panel, another three weeks of no word. The whole process lacked communication and status updates. I expected at least a rejection email after my last follow-up. It was a disappointing nearly two-month experience due to the lack of clear communication.

The interview happened online using Zoom. Three people were interviewing me, and they took turns asking questions. The questions were mostly about past situations at previous jobs and how I handled them.
