Data Entry Specialist
The interview process was really thorough and professional, I felt it was a great experience overall. I first submitted my resume and then filled out a short application and got a confirmation email. About a week later, I had a quick phone interview to go over basic stuff like my availability and when I could start, and they gave me some info about the job. Then, I did a skills test to help with training, and after that, they reached out to set up a second interview. This one was over Zoom because of COVID and had two HR people who asked typical interview questions. It lasted about 35 minutes, and they let me ask questions. I felt pretty comfortable and supported by them.
- What are three things you look for in an employer or company?

It was stressful and awkward over zoom. It was hard to read the interviewer's expressions, so it was difficult to know how well the interview was going. I guess that is normal, but difficult for me personally. The interviewers were friendly and inviting, and it seemed to go well.
- Tell me about a time you failed despite doing everything correctly, and explain how you handled it.

The interview started on time and was efficient. The questions were to the point and made me think. The interviewers were nice and didn't make me feel nervous. They were polite and made me feel comfortable, so I thought the interview was going well.
- Can you describe a time when you felt you did everything correctly but didn't achieve success?
