I had an interview with one of the CEOs of Cold Banker Heartside. She seemed interested in me for the Social Media Specialist role and mentioned the marketing team would follow up. I felt I stood out because I understood social media analytics and success metrics. However, I ended up getting an email with a different message and never heard from the marketing team. The CEO was very pleasant and humorous.

It's a simple interview: they ask you why you want to work with them, what's your experience in the industry and what could you contribute, what have you worked on before, what is your desired salary. They don't do any aptitude tests to choose the best candidate, it's just a chat and based on that they decide if you are suitable or not for the position.

It was a pretty chill interview process, no problems at all. Mostly they asked about what I'd done before and what I could contribute to the office. At that time, a lot of agents were actually moving offices, you know, going to whichever place offered the best splits, for example.

I was invited to a face-to-face interview where they told me I'd need to do an assessment to check my skills. After I got home, I got an email saying I made it to the next round and giving me instructions for the assessment. It had six tasks and 48 hours to finish. It was a tough deadline, and I worked super hard on it because I really wanted the job after learning about the company. I sent my files through cloud sharing. It's been a month and they haven't even opened my files (or at least, I haven't gotten an email saying they downloaded them). It's really unprofessional and a waste of time. I could've done something else with that time and energy. So disappointed.
