Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coldwell Banker.
Office Manager
I had an in-person interview with the owner, and then I met with all the staff members. It lasted about two hours, and they gave me an offer before I left. We discussed potential departments I could work in, the responsibilities of the job, and my past experience.
- Do you consider yourself more introverted or extroverted?
Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. The interviewer was interested in learning about me and how I could contribute to the company. The attire was professional, fitting for this level. Afterward, I met with two other individuals. This was a single interview conducted through a recruiter, and no further interviews were required. I was the primary speaker. Be ready for unconventional questions about your background that are relevant to the job you're applying for.
- Can you describe your organizational methods?
Manager
The interview process was straightforward and featured novel questions and techniques commonly used in contemporary workplace interviews. It required a significant amount of information, including an extensive personality test with rather unconventional questions. It was quite intriguing, to say the least.
- What is something your friends would suggest you improve upon?
