Product Designer
I went through the recruiter call and then a portfolio presentation round. The panel for the portfolio review had 11 people, which was quite intimidating. They didn't seem to consider how nerve-wracking it is to present to the entire team, and the environment was not welcoming at all. A principal designer was particularly aggressive, making condescending remarks that really killed the vibe. This experience alone made me not want to join the team, as they clearly don't value candidates. While interviews don't need to be overly friendly, they also shouldn't be so stern and uncomfortable.

Software Engineer
So the interview had 4 rounds. First was DSA, they asked some basic questions. Then there was a High Level Design round where they gave a problem statement from their current work and asked me how I would approach it. After that, it was a Low Level Design round. The interviewer was really unprofessional and the requirements in the problem statement were weird and not realistic. I couldn't solve it. The last round was with the Hiring Manager. I felt like he had already decided no hire based on the feedback from R3, so this round felt like a formality. Overall, it was a negative experience because of the unprofessional behavior in R3.

- How would you approach this problem from our current work? (HLD)
