Behavioral Case

It was a really straightforward and welcoming process. I met with several people from different parts of the business. It gave me a good sense of the company culture and the people I'd be working with.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied for an Enterprise Account Executive role and heard back from the recruiter pretty quickly. After a chat with the hiring manager, I went in for an in-person interview. The meeting was okay, but he seemed really hung up on my industry connections instead of my actual experience or drive. I dropped a few names, and he mentioned taking me to his VP if it all went well. He also said he was going on vacation for a week. I kept following up with both the recruiter and hiring manager after the meeting, but they kept telling me to 'be patient' and that they'd let me know. After I reached out to higher-ups, the recruiter finally told me things had slowed down and they were moving ahead with other candidates because I didn't have strong enough industry connections. This caught me off guard because we had a good lunch meeting, and he seemed to want to introduce me to his team. I thought things were going well, but honestly, the whole process felt a bit shady and unclear.

Had one brief chat with the recruiter, very standard stuff. Then radio silence for over a month before they sent a rejection email. Seems like they aren't in any rush.
