Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an in-person interview with the district manager at the studio, and then a remote interview with the regional manager since she's not based in California. It was very sales-focused and the whole thing went by pretty fast.

It was pretty simple. They asked me about my past work experience and any certifications I have. We talked about my availability, like what days and times work best for me versus what I'd prefer. We also discussed where I see myself going career-wise. They mentioned the possibility of moving up from an instructor to a Master Trainer if I wanted to.

First, there was a quick phone call to see why you're interested in the job, learn a bit about you, and then discuss the role. After that, we had a short, casual in-person meeting.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and then got an email asking for a pre-recorded phone interview with some really basic questions. After I did that, they emailed me saying they were super impressed and wanted to schedule a more in-depth phone interview. I replied with my availability, and they gave me a date and a choice between two times. I told them which time worked best, but then they didn't reply. Two days before the interview was supposed to happen, I emailed to confirm because I was confused. Still no answer. Then the interview day came and went, and they never called. I emailed again, apologizing for any confusion and saying I was still interested. Again, no response. Even if they found someone else, it was really unprofessional not to respond to my emails, especially after setting up an interview and then not even calling. I was really bummed because I thought this job was perfect for me and I would've been a great fit.
