I had an in-person interview with the district manager at the studio, and then a remote interview with the regional manager since she's not based in California. It was very sales-focused and the whole thing went by pretty fast.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I sent in my resume online. Then I had a phone interview. Since I was coming from out of town, the second interview was a 1:1 over Skype. They gave me a soft offer because the studio wasn't open yet and they wanted to see a teaching demo first. After the demo, they made the official offer. The main things they asked about were managing a Pilates studio, how much experience I had teaching Pilates, and if I could hire and train new people.

The interview process had 3 parts, with really long and thorough questions. Each part took about an hour. They asked some really out-of-the-box questions. The first interview was over the phone, and the second and third were in person.
