First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Club Pilates.
Instructor
The hiring process was very smooth and easy. I really liked the manager, they were super friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. Their positive attitude made the workplace feel great. I loved the vibe of the place; it was lively, welcoming, and a good place to work.
- Could you tell me about your teaching experience in terms of years?
Instructor
It was pretty simple. They asked me about my past work experience and any certifications I have. We talked about my availability, like what days and times work best for me versus what I'd prefer. We also discussed where I see myself going career-wise. They mentioned the possibility of moving up from an instructor to a Master Trainer if I wanted to.
- What is your experience teaching Pilates?
Instructor
The interview process was pretty long at the specific location I applied to. I had to jump through a lot of hoops before they gave me an offer. They also made me teach a class and observed me before extending an offer.
- How would you handle a class where many students have contraindications?
