Support Engineer
The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute logic test and an HR chat. Then came a lengthy 2-hour test, which was another logic puzzle, not really related to the job. I was supposed to have a video call with managers from Israel next, but the tech failed. So, I had to go in a third time for an interview with the Israeli HQ, but again, neither video call nor Skype worked there! A telephone conference was the eventual way to finish it. It was pretty awkward, though the HR person was nice and apologized a lot. I never heard back about the third interview, which wasn't the company's fault, but the agency's.
- Tell me about a time you were under stress and how you managed it.
Business Analyst
A third-party recruiter reached out, and while a bit disorganized, they were effective and communicative. After passing their initial screening, I was cleared for the main interview. The process was a bit drawn out due to the company being international (based in Israel) and experiencing staffing shortages as top personnel were traveling. The employees I met were approachable and down-to-earth. The company proudly displays several awards, which are visible in the reception area – details not found on their website. I was advised to arrive early, note the awards, and review the marketing materials available at the front desk. Following the interview, I was given a take-home assignment, with hints of potential consulting opportunities. This assignment involved creating a unique product that would have required significant research from their team. Although I received excellent feedback for the recruiter, the outcome was no job offer.
- Can you tell me about a project where you conducted business process analysis?

Technical Consultant
The interview process has 4 rounds. The first round is about an electronic diagram (maybe with an antenna or display system) and involves two questions about testing, followed by a discussion. The second round has 8 more detailed questions about the same diagram, also followed by a discussion. The third round is technical, with some basic questions about your past experience and about servers. The fourth round is with HR to discuss salary and other formal matters.
