Behavioral Presentation

I connected with the company via an agency. We started with a 1-hour Skype call with two C-level executives where they asked me general questions about my motivations, tenure, and career goals. After that went well, I had to prepare a 15-minute presentation about how a given client would use their software. This presentation was followed by a Q&A session with the hiring manager and a director. Then, I had a 30-minute chat with HR about practical aspects like travel, work hours, and company culture. The in-person interview happened four days after the initial call, with a weekend break in between. HR gave me the presentation topic four days in advance, and I could prepare using only the company's website. It was a really pleasant experience, everyone was friendly and put me at ease. HR checked in with me before the live interview to ensure I knew what to expect. They provided feedback within 24 hours for both stages, so no long waits.
