Technical Consultant
I connected with the company via an agency. We started with a 1-hour Skype call with two C-level executives where they asked me general questions about my motivations, tenure, and career goals. After that went well, I had to prepare a 15-minute presentation about how a given client would use their software. This presentation was followed by a Q&A session with the hiring manager and a director. Then, I had a 30-minute chat with HR about practical aspects like travel, work hours, and company culture. The in-person interview happened four days after the initial call, with a weekend break in between. HR gave me the presentation topic four days in advance, and I could prepare using only the company's website. It was a really pleasant experience, everyone was friendly and put me at ease. HR checked in with me before the live interview to ensure I knew what to expect. They provided feedback within 24 hours for both stages, so no long waits.
- Could you explain how a client, choosing between two options, would utilize your software?

The interview process has 4 rounds. The first round is about an electronic diagram (maybe with an antenna or display system) and involves two questions about testing, followed by a discussion. The second round has 8 more detailed questions about the same diagram, also followed by a discussion. The third round is technical, with some basic questions about your past experience and about servers. The fourth round is with HR to discuss salary and other formal matters.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Technical Consultant
The interview has 5 rounds: a telephonic round, two written tests, three face-to-face technical interviews, an HR interview, and a managerial interview. The interview was generally easy. They will offer you a position if you can show your willingness to travel. To pass the interview, you need to prepare Silverlight and C#.
