QA Engineer
The interview process starts with a phone call, followed by a 1:1 meeting. The first round involves a case study where you have 9 engineers with various skills and 11 customer requests. You need to assign engineers based on their expertise to complete all customer tasks, focusing on saving time and money, assigning one engineer per customer if possible, and adhering to rules. The second round presents a case study to test a specific component, after which you'll face a series of questions where your answers might not be satisfactory. Lastly, there's an HR round with Swati, the HR manager at Click Soft, who might offer a lower package than your current one. Reasons to avoid this company include rigid people, lack of job security, nonsensical debates, and disrespectful interactions. It's advisable to make this company your last resort.
