Audit Manager
I went through a multi-stage interview process over the course of nearly two months, speaking with a recruiter, director, retiring VP, the CFO, and a senior VP of data. I was also asked to complete a cognitive aptitude assessment and expressed my willingness to relocate to Knoxville, as requested. Throughout the process, I received positive feedback and was consistently moved forward, often being told they wanted me to speak with "one more person." After the final interview — with an SVP who had only recently joined the company — communication ceased entirely. Despite multiple follow-ups from my recruiter, the only response was that they had "decided to pass" without offering any explanation. While companies have every right to choose the best fit for their roles, the lack of transparency and closure after such a significant time investment felt highly unprofessional. It reflects poorly on the company’s candidate experience and internal coordination. Based on my interactions, the overall maturity of the process appears lacking. I hope they take steps to improve how they engage with future candidates.

It was a four part interview process. First, an intro with HR. Then, I met with the team lead to ask any questions I had. After that, there was a case study. The last part was a SQL assessment interview, which could be done either on premises or online. Overall, it was a really good experience.
- Are you able to collaborate with teammates and adhere to SQL best practices?
Software Engineer
The interview experience wasn't great, and I noticed some red flags early on. The recruiter was nice and easy to communicate with, which was a plus. However, during the technical interview, it was obvious the interviewers weren't really engaged. It was a panel with the tech lead and two other engineers. The tech lead kept his camera off the whole time, and the other two engineers seemed preoccupied with their own work, looking away and not fully participating. Overall, I wouldn't apply to this company again.
- Can you discuss your previous work experiences?
- What are some of the technologies you've worked with?

Got a phone screen call 2 business days after they got my resume. The phone screen was a technical interview and it happened 2 business days after that. Then I got and finished the Caliper Assessment the same day, which had personality questions and some tricky pattern inference questions with numbers and shapes. They called for an on-site interview 2 business days after the assessment. The on-site was the next business day. It was two hours long, with three groups of interviewers (3, then 5, then 2 people) and was mostly non-technical. I got a written offer 6 business days later. After accepting, there's a background check and drug screen, done one after the other, taking 5 and 3 business days respectively. These internal processes take 1 to 2 weeks and HR starts them once they have a start date. If you give them a start date before the background check, the internal processes can run at the same time.
