The entire interview process was done remotely. I had an initial call with a third-party HR recruiter who made me feel very comfortable, and then I moved on to the testing phase. This included an inference test and a logic test. I was informed that if I passed, I'd be interviewed by the leadership team. About a week later, I had the interview with two leaders. They explained the scope of the role and the work dynamic, introduced themselves, and then asked me to introduce myself. They asked a lot of questions about my previous job, focusing on goals and what I did when I wasn't meeting them. Finally, they gave me a chance to ask questions. I didn't get the job, but I appreciate the feedback and wish everyone success!

The interview process was very well conducted, with assertive questions and an explanation of the work to be done, along with attractive benefits. The interviewer was friendly and communicated clearly. The role involves a closed region with a market in expansion, and the partnership with banks also makes the job easier. The region itself is also attractive for this type of service.

I interviewed at the end of the year for the fraud area with one of the managers. The interview itself was quite calm, but the manager seemed to lack technical approach skills, which made both of us a bit anxious during a simple and standard conversation. The recruiter who initially contacted me to schedule the interview spoke with me by phone but barely let me speak. When I asked questions via WhatsApp, I was completely ignored. By the time I got a response about the process, I was no longer interested due to the delay. I found it flawed in many ways and was relieved not to have passed.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very dynamic. They asked personal questions (like who I am, what I like to do, etc., which is normal for an interview) and more technical questions to see if my skills fit the role. It was all pretty standard for an interview. The only thing that really upset me was the lack of feedback. I contacted the recruiter I was interacting with, and she didn't even respond. I thought that was extremely disrespectful and rude. I knew the role required a lot, but every selection process should include feedback, whether positive or negative. I hope they improve this process.
