Group

The interview involved a group case study. I found the dynamic a bit disorganized, mainly because many people were participating at the same time, which made communication and task division difficult. The activity was quite long, lasting about four hours, which made the process a bit tiring. Throughout the entire time, the managers monitored the progress of the case, observing how the group organized itself, made decisions, and built solutions.

I had a first chat with the recruiter on Microsoft Teams. The interview was quite relaxed and took less than 30 minutes. The professional was friendly and clearly explained about the company and the vacancy. The virtual environment was pleasant and pressure-free, allowing me to express myself properly. She showed genuine interest in my profile and answered all my questions about the selection process and next steps. It was a positive experience that left me with a good impression of the company and motivated for the next stages.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very dynamic. They asked personal questions (like who I am, what I like to do, etc., which is normal for an interview) and more technical questions to see if my skills fit the role. It was all pretty standard for an interview. The only thing that really upset me was the lack of feedback. I contacted the recruiter I was interacting with, and she didn't even respond. I thought that was extremely disrespectful and rude. I knew the role required a lot, but every selection process should include feedback, whether positive or negative. I hope they improve this process.
