Me candidatei pela Gupy para algumas vagas de gerente de negócios, fiz os testes online, recebi após o contato do RH para agendar uma entrevista e avancei nas etapas, no dia e horário agendado simplesmente sumiram, não deram nenhum tipo de satisfação e não respondem. Alguns dias após, mesmo sem ter feito nenhuma entrevista, simplesmente me dão a negativa por e-mail de todas as vagas inscritas. Empresa não é humana e não tem respeito com os candidatos.

The interview process included 2 rounds with Consultancy, 3 with HR from Cielo, 1 technical case study, and 1 Integrity Test. The interviews had an appropriate and empathetic tone from the very first contact, with conversations showing high professional maturity. A negative point was that I had to ask the hiring manager for feedback (positive or negative) for 3 consecutive weeks. This compromised the timing for any potential concurrent professional opportunities, which is contradictory given the prompt responses between stages. I understand that negative feedback is fine, I just don't like being kept 'waiting'.

I had a selection process, first stage with a third-party company, about 6 people participated, each introduced themselves and the company recruiter asked some questions, I was approved and they sent me some tests to answer on the same day. A few days later, the State Manager Evelize contacted me to talk at a certain time, I was waiting but she contacted me an hour later than agreed to ask the same questions as the previous recruiter. She said a consultant would contact me and he never did.
