Intern
The interview process included a group interview, filling out an application form, and a self-introduction. They asked about why I chose the company, my impression of it, my strengths and weaknesses, my experience, and my expectations if I didn't have relevant experience. They also asked what I recently learned and my preferred stream, then asked me to explain it.

The first round involved a leaderless group discussion, which was semi-structured. Then there was a second round, a semi-structured interview with two interviewers, lasting about 6 to 7 minutes. They also asked if I was planning to take the civil service exam.

The hiring process was professional and clear, with quick and friendly HR responses. They listen carefully and will logically go through your points. They review your CV to verify its accuracy and ask if you have any questions. The hiring department head may also be involved for further review.

AI Customer Service Management Trainee
So the first round was a group interview with about 4-5 other people. We all did a self-intro, then got individual questions, followed by a group discussion. Then, another individual question and a second group discussion. After that, I moved on to the final interview. It was with 5 people from CMHK, all in the same room. Two seemed to be from HR since they didn't ask me anything, one was from IT, another from marketing, and there was also the person who introduced themselves in a video during the earlier group interview.
