The whole interview process takes about a month. It starts with a written test where there were two essay questions. The Chinese one was about your view about future 5G development while the English one was about how you deal with customer's complaints. After that, there was a group interview. First, each candidate had to deliver a speech with two-minute preparation. After the speech presentation, we were required to split into two groups and play a game. In the end, everyone had to select one of their group members who was the less contributive one in the game. I was expecting a panel interview after the group in but I didn't get any news.

First, there was an aptitude test, then a group discussion where we had to talk about a topic in a group and present our ideas. After that, we did a personality test. Then came the second round, which lasted over an hour with two line managers. In this second round, the first part was a group discussion, followed by a true/false statement game with another group, and then a 2-minute impromptu talk with peer evaluation. For the tech stream, it was mostly based on my CV with some basic tech questions since I'm not an engineering student.

Group Presentation

First, we were put into a random group and played games together. Then we had to do a conclusion about the game and how our teammates performed. After that, there was an individual presentation. We could choose a topic from 3 levels, easy to different, but I think the topic was random because I chose the middle one and got the hardest one. We will get the result in mid-April. We could choose the language for the presentation ourselves: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English were all okay.
