Engineer
The first round involved a leaderless group discussion, which was semi-structured. Then there was a second round, a semi-structured interview with two interviewers, lasting about 6 to 7 minutes. They also asked if I was planning to take the civil service exam.
- What is your reason for choosing to work for China Mobile?
- Can you describe your ability to handle stress?
- What are your methods for relieving stress in your daily life?
Engineer
It was a 30 minute interview. They asked me to introduce myself. Then we talked about my final year project. We also discussed the software skills I already know. I was asked about my strengths and how to improve myself. Finally, we talked about the job experience.
- Tell me about your job experience.
- Introduce yourself.
Engineer
I had to fill out a form first. Then the interviewer reviewed it, gave a quick company overview, and asked about my background and experience. After that, there were some technical questions, which I think went well. They also asked about my motivation and if I'd be open to frequent travel.
- Would you be open to traveling frequently for this role?
