It was a pretty chill interview process. Pretty standard customer service type questions were asked. There were two phone interviews, and each took around twenty minutes. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and then the second one was with the district director of operations.

I applied online for a part-time CSR position and after a few days, I got an email to take an online assessment. About a week later, I got another email to schedule an interview. A week after that, I went for the interview and met the Hiring manager. She was super nice and friendly. Everything went fine, but the only problem was the hours they needed to fill. You basically have to have an open schedule and fill in whenever they needed you, around 15-20 hours a week, with some opening and some closing shifts. They are not flexible with your schedule AT ALL and weren't even willing to discuss it.

All the interviews were via video. I had one with HR, one with my potential boss, and one with another person. The interviews got worse as they went on. The first one was good. The second person complained about the company. The third person didn't ask any questions and didn't seem interested.
