Store Manager
You'll have interviews with the Recruiter, District Manager, and maybe the Regional Manager. A background check will happen before you start. The whole thing might take anywhere from a few days to over a week.
- Would you be open to traveling to different store locations?
Store Manager
The interview process was pretty quick and smooth overall, though getting the start date sorted took a bit because the hiring manager didn't follow up. The training manager wasn't very professional, but it seemed like a one-off issue once I started working. It looked like that district lacked leadership, so managers were kind of doing their own thing without being held accountable, but things have improved since late 2013.
- How would you manage a challenging customer situation?
Store Manager
First interview over the phone with a store manager from a different location, then an interview face to face and finally a third interview with the district manager. The interview with a store manager is the most important part of the process, as the district manager will most likely take the decision based on the store manager reviews.
- Can you describe a time you had to overcome a challenging situation?
