It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with the Strategy Head at CG power. This was followed by a HR cultural fit interview with the HR head. There was an initial miscommunication between the Hr in scheduling the round 1 which wasted both the Strategy head and my time.

We also discussed test bed rejection data, and skills like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing, including Gemba walks. Problem-solving skills in production and how to calculate productivity were also covered.

The first step in getting placed is a test. It's got two parts: aptitude and technical. There are 50 questions total, 20 from aptitude and 30 from technical. You get 60 minutes for the whole thing, split evenly between the sections. The aptitude part covers critical reasoning, general reasoning, and general aptitude stuff. The technical part is all about the subject matter.
