The interview process included a written test covering Mechanical, Aptitude, and English sections. This was followed by Interview 1, Interview 2, and a Group Test. The written test was of average difficulty, not requiring deep technical expertise, but good communication skills and familiarity with your resume are important.

The selection process included a test, an interview, and a group discussion. The test was pretty standard, with questions that had appeared in previous years. During the interview, I was asked technical questions to assess my strengths. I backed up my answers with examples from projects I'd done in engineering. The interviewer was from an electrical background, so he didn't know much about mechanical engineering, which worked out for me. The group discussion went well; we all made an effort to speak, and we managed ourselves as a team, which the interview panel liked.

So the interview process, it started with a general question of tell me about yourself. I answered it and the next few questions were based on those answers. then came the technical section in which questions related to my training and topics of electrical machines . they mainly focused on transformers and induction machines .
