The hiring process started with a campus placement. First, there was a group discussion (GD) with 15 participants. This was followed by a one-on-one interview. Two interviewers were on the panel, and they mostly asked about my pre-MBA experience, my time on campus, and my academic achievements. They also asked why I was interested in marketing and gave me some situation-based problems to solve.

We had a pre-placement talk first, followed by an aptitude and technical test. Then, there was a personal interview which included both HR and technical questions. The test had basic technical questions covering almost every subject, and the aptitude section was also easy but needed good time management. The interview was conducted by a panel of three people: one HR person and two technical people.
