It was a 2 round online interview. First was an HR call to screen my resume and talk about expectations. The second round was with the hiring manager, focusing on behavioral and situational questions. They were open-ended and felt conversational, with follow-ups depending on the manager.

Applied mid March 2023. There were 3 interview rounds in total. Round 1 was an online coding test. Round 2 was an interview with the CTO in early April. Round 3 was with the VP of security the next day. After round 2, HR mentioned that the CTO needed the VP of security's input for the decision. All these happened in one week. The following week, I followed up with HR on the next steps, and they said they would get back to me the next week. This continued for about a month with no updates. Feedback for the hiring team: If you have multiple candidates, please don't schedule interviews until you've shortlisted them. Completing all interview rounds for a candidate without feedback gives false hope and wastes everyone's time.

It began with an online psychometric test which was kinda hard with pattern recognition and comprehension questions. If you pass that, there are 3 interview rounds. First is with HR where they asked about my interest in the role and my leadership experiences since I'm a fresh grad. The HR person told me about Certis and the job prospects. Then, interviews with directors who asked about past experiences and gave scenario questions like how I'd handle being verbally abused on duty or manage internal conflicts. The final round was with senior management in Singapore, which was more informal and felt like they just wanted to know me better. They asked abstract questions like about Singapore's COVID herd immunity timeline.
