Asesor De Ventas
The recruiter was very friendly, but the numbers didn't add up. The commission percentages seem very low. Also, this isn't a job for introverts. They expect you to be available full-time during the first few months without a salary. I understand why, but still, it's a lot.
- Do you have sales experience?
- Do you have experience dealing with clients?
Graphic Designer
So I applied online on their website and then got an email for a phone screening pretty quickly, like within a week. The recruiter who called me asked about my experience, my portfolio, and when I could start. After that, they invited me to a virtual interview. In that one, a senior designer and the marketing manager were there. I had to show them 2-3 projects from my portfolio and talk about why I designed them that way. They also asked some questions about how I'd deal with things like tough deadlines or feedback.
- Could you describe a recent design project you completed and walk me through your methodology?
- Can you present one of your recent design projects and detail your thought process behind it?
Cashier
The whole thing moved fast. I applied and got called for an interview in about a week. It was a group interview where they only hit me with 5 questions. Then, they had me do a written test to check my math skills for counting money.
- What information do you have regarding this company?
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you recall a time you encountered a work-related problem and how you resolved it?
Real Estate Advisor
I applied online and was contacted by a somewhat cold recruiter who wanted to schedule an interview. During the meeting, they asked about my motivations, why I chose this agency, what my strengths are, and what my weaknesses are.
- What are your motivations?
- Why did you choose this agency?
- What are your strengths?
