Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Century 21.
Sales Associate
The interview process was very simple. We had a group interview where everyone went around and talked about themselves and answered some questions about the company. Overall, I'd say it was a good experience.
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- Do you have any questions about the company?
Sales Associate
The interview for the sales associate job at the mall went really well. They started by being super welcoming and explaining the company's mission and what they expect. They seemed really interested in my past work and how I could help the team win.
- Can you share some of your past customer service experience?
Sales Associate
It was a group interview. We had to answer some math questions before that. It was rather crowded and there were a lot of people applying for the same position. It was rather unorganized, I went in almost last with a group, I had already known I did not get the job because the lady who was interviewing us wasn't even paying attention to what we had to say. Which was very rude. It made me never want to apply again.
- What skills do you bring to the table?
